Directors are elected and appointed in accordance with the Rockhampton Cycling Club Incorporated Constitution. Generally Directors hold office for a Term of 2 years. President, Secretary & Treasurer are elected by the members of the Board at the first Board meeting held after the AGM.
The Track & Road Sub-Committees generally have 5 members and include a nominated Handicapper. These committee members are nominated and accepted at an AGM. They hold this position until the next AGM.
A range of other non-committe roles are available at an AGM. These include but are not limited to Chief Commissaire, Club Selectors, Canteen Officer and Equipment officer to name a few.
